Gautam started his career in 2002 as a Business Analyst with Tower Capital and was involved in setting up business review systems and processes within Tower and helping the group evaluate new business ventures.

His key strengths include sound analytical skills, working knowledge of various relevant regulations and a methodical approach to business planning, forecasting and valuation.
